Thanks for watching, and don't forget to SUBSCRIBE for more yummy recipes! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Banana bread cake | English Recipe: (Makes: 10 - 12 servings) Ingredients: 3 ripe bananas 3 small eggs (2 medium) 1 3/4 cups (124 g) flour 3/4 cup (150 g) sugar 1/4 cup (60 ml) vegetable oil 2 tbsp (28 g) butter 1/2 cup (120 ml) milk 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp vanilla A dash (1/8 tsp) cinnamon 1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional Powdered sugar for dusting over the cake Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (160 Celsius) 2. Whisk together eggs and sugar for a couple of minutes, or until fluffy. 3. Mash the bananas very well. 4. Combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. 4. Melt the butter in 30 seconds intervals until melted. 5. Pour the butter, oil and milk in the egg mixture and combine everything. 6. Add 1/2 of the dry ingredients, whisk it slightly and add the rest. Stir the batter and then mix in the mashed bananas. 7. Pour the mixture in a greased and lined baking pan and bake the cake for about 55 minutes to one hour. A toothpick inserted to the center should come out with wet crumbs, not batter. 8.
